4th Ostrozhskikh Forum

The 4th Ostrozhskikh Forum was held in Lviv on November 11–13, 2025.

The Ostrozhskikh Forum is a bilateral regular expert conference created by the leading analytical centers and experts of Ukraine and Belarus. The Forum serves as a platform for experts and analysts, politicians and diplomats, as well as representatives of civil society and business to strengthen partnership relations between the societies of the two countries by discussing current political and social issues and developing proposals for their solution.

The Forum operates on the basis of the strict observance of the principle of territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine and Belarus, the non-recognition of acts of annexation, the rejection of external aggression and occupation, as well as the promotion of the democratic development of both countries and their European choice.

The Ostrozhskikh Forum is held in the format of consultations and discussion of the most important problems of bilateral relations with an emphasis on issues that have a practical solution in the current political situation.

This year the number of participants exceeded 160 people (72 Belarusians and 90 Ukrainians), as well as invited guests (journalists, politicians, diplomats and public figures).

Over the three days of the Forum in Lviv, 7 expert panel discussions were held, dedicated to:

• The information field and communication
